By using Examora: Study AI, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Educational Use

Examora is an educational study assistant. AI-generated explanations, quiz answers, flashcards, and study plans may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for checking important information with teachers, textbooks, or trusted sources.

Acceptable Use

Do not use Examora to cheat, violate school rules, upload illegal content, infringe intellectual property rights, harass others, or attempt to disrupt the service.

AI Content

You are responsible for the prompts, images, and materials you submit. Do not submit sensitive personal information or content you do not have permission to use.

Tokens and Purchases

Some AI actions may require tokens. Token pricing, package sizes, and availability may change. Purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment and refund policies.

Service Availability

We work to keep Examora available, but the app may be interrupted for maintenance, errors, network issues, provider outages, or changes to third-party services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Examora is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
